Shannon Codding, CRDH, is a dedicated dental professional with a strong background in both clinical practice and dental hygiene Board preparation. She earned her Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene from Pensacola State College, where she was honored as the recipient of the prestigious Hu-Friedy Golden Scaler Award, recognizing the top clinician in each dental hygiene program.
An active member of the American Dental Hygienists' Association (ADHA), Shannon previously served as Vice President of the Northwest Florida Dental Hygiene Association before relocating to Georgia. She remains deeply committed to professional engagement and is passionate about mentoring and supporting the next generation of dental hygienists.
With extensive clinical experience, Shannon has been an integral part of Dental Hygiene Academy for the past six years, helping students prepare for and succeed on the National Board Dental Hygiene Examination (NBDHE).
In her role as Director of Operations at AndyRDH’s Dental Hygiene Academy, Inc., Shannon oversees all administrative functions, including marketing, registration, student engagement, and event coordination. She plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of each seminar, managing logistics, and fostering a positive learning environment.
Shannon is present at every seminar location, providing hands-on support and assisting students with any questions or concerns. Her dedication to student success and enthusiasm for the profession make her a valuable resource for aspiring dental hygienists.
